Last week I had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with The Venue of New Hope, near Park Lake, and Lethbridge Event Rentals. Susie from The Venue wanted to showcase her event space. It's a charming red barn with a wooden rustic vibe. There is exposed wood on the walls, string lights on exposed beams, and cute little country knickknacks in the corners. The Venue is currently taking bookings for weddings, anniversaries, and celebrations.
We did two different setups in two different parts of the barn. In this post I will show my vision, in which you can take a rustic setting and turn it into something elegant and romantic. The floral pieces are my creations with dahlias, carnations, roses and lisianthus. I'd like to also put a plug in here for myself, Prairie Rose Florals is also taking bookings for next year for events and weddings.
I would like to give a huge shout out to Lethbridge Event Rentals for graciously providing the linens, the backdrop, chairs, chargers, etc. Without these things we would not have been able to do these setups and photograph them. Also many thanks to Nolan and Alina for modeling for us. You were fun to work with.
